How do I measure my dog?

Please take a look at our Sizing Chart to see how each measurement should be taken to ensure the best fit.
Each product line has different measurements. This means a Extra Small reversible harness could be a Medium reflective harness.

 

 How do I pay?

You have 3 ways to pay;

1. Through our website. In which your payment method must be entered upon checkout.

2. If you are purchasing via a social media website (Instagram or Facebook). Our customer service representative will ask you to fill out a form to capture your details.

 

 What payment options do we accept?

Options included;

 - Credit card
 - Debit Card
 - Money Transfer
 - COD
 - Installments
 - G Cash

 

 How do I apply my discount code?

You can enter your discount code at the checkout.
There will be a box that says 'discount' at the top of the page before you enter your credit card information.

 

 Can I change or cancel my order?

If you have not paid for you order, you are still able to amend or cancel the order.

To amend an order, please click the 'back' button on your web browser, or click 'Return' at the bottom of the page. Proceed to delete your item from the cart using the drop down box, and click 'continue shopping'.

To cancel an order, either please click the 'back' button on your web browser, or click 'Return' at the bottom of the page. Proceed to delete your item from the cart using the drop down box, and exit the page.
Alternatively, just exit the TRC page.

Items that have been paid for, and not yet shipped may still be able to be cancelled. Please contact us immediately if this happens.
Items that have already been shipped cannot be amended or cancelled.
Please note personalized orders cannot be cancelled

  

Shipping:
How long does shipment take?

We use LBC for Cash on Delivery (COD).
We use JRS for our prepaid transactions.

Standard delivery times for Luzon is 1 to 3 business days.
Other areas, please allow a minimum of 7 to 10 business days.

KINDLY ALLOW EXTRA TIME FOR YOUR ITEMS TO ARRIVE.

 

 I haven’t received my order yet:

When all orders are shipped out, a tracking number will be sent to you.
Please go to the LBC / JRS website, and enter your unique tracking number. This will let you know where your package is.

If you have not received your package within the specified time frame, please contact us and we will try our best to help.

 

 How do I use the reversible harness?

 1. Unclip the belly buckle of the harness
 2. Turn the TRC Reversible Harness inside out
 3. Turn the belly strap around, until it matches the design of the harness
 4. Pull the middle strap attached the the top of the harness through the D-ring (where you clip the leash to).
 5. Slip the harness back on to your dog and re clip the belly buckle

 

  How to care for TRC products?

All our products are recommended to be hand-washed. 
To do this, gently place your product under warm water and scrub with soap.
To dry, please hang them in the open and let them air dry.

Washing of our products can also be done in a washing machine, on the 'Delicates' settings. This is not recommended as there is an increased risk of scratches and fraying. 
Do NOT place our products in a dryer, as this will cause them to shrink and warp.

 

What is our Returns / Refund policy?

To be eligible for a return the items need to be in BRAND NEW, HAIR-FREE, unaltered, and unwashed condition. Items need to be returned within 30 days from date of purchase. If 30 days have elapsed, no refund will be given.

 

How to return your items:

Package your unworn item(s) and send the item(s) back to:

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
 If you are shipping an item(s) over 3000 php, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. As we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Sale items are non-returnable.
