What is our Returns/Refund/Exchange policy?
To be eligible for a refund/ exchange. The items need to be in BRAND NEW, unaltered, and unwashed condition. Items need to be returned within 7 days from date of item received. If 7 days have elapsed, no refund/ exchange will be given.
Personalized items cannot be returned.

If you are shipping an item(s) over 3000 php, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. As we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Sale items are non-returnable.
